Within all modules available in our software, one of the most used by all yachts and all crewmembers, from captains to deck hands, is the HRM Module (Human Resources Management). To design and program this module we teamed up with Yachting Maritime Labor specialists, as well as captains and pursers always heavily involved in building up ‘mega XLS templates’, spending endless working hours to collect all crewmembers’ data. Whether the yacht has 5 or 45 crewmembers, the HRM module allows to easily collect with high precision all required crew data to be able to automatically compute Payslips or edit individual reports.
Officers can quickly publish a monthly working schedule, based on which crewmembers will accurately declare hours of work and hours of rest, as they will be able to post requests of leave which will be validated through the system by the HOD. Deep Blue will automatically increment leave days matured, leave days taken and will keep a clean status of leave days at credit.
The HRM module will allow officers to be alarmed in real time of crew certificates expiration dates, and crew will be able to update their own data with the renewed certificates through their dashboard. Each crewmember can work either online or offline, and from any device (computer, tablet, mobile phone).
Deep Blue HRM module is flexible, allowing the activation of the strict MLC rules or the possibility to operate the yacht with custom rules. Seafarer contracts can be activated under different standards including rotation contracts and yacht safe manning rules for differing flag rules.
